Return Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

The return policy is the following:

At Joy By, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns within 10 days of receipt or before December 25, whichever comes first. Merchandise must be unopened and returned in original packaging. Please note that all SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE. Thank you for supporting our small business!

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 10 business days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • Once the item has been shipped back to us, we will process your refund less any applicable fees.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact customerservice@holidayjoyby.com
  • Clearly mention the order number on the return package.
  • Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure that the item reaches us safely, we recommend using our prepaid label for the most seamless return process. If you do decide to use an alternative label please make sure to contact us with your return tracking information. If you do not provide us with tracking information it may take up to 30 days for items to be received and your refund to be processed.

4. Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within 14 days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or to the original payment method. 
  • If a refund is requested a re-stocking fee of $10 will be charged. 
  • At this time we are not able to offer exchanges.

5. Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items may not be eligible for a refund or exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect.
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and certain non-returnable items may not be eligible for return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
  • We will arrange for a return or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue, at no additional cost to you.
